The short version
This marketing website (propertynow.app) sets no cookies until you choose to accept. Fonts are self-hosted. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.
Analytics & advertising (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (to measure traffic and improve the site) and Google Ads (to measure ad performance and show relevant ads). These run in a privacy‑preserving cookieless mode by default (via Google Consent Mode) — no analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you Accept the banner on your first visit. Only once you Accept does Google set analytics cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) and advertising/conversion cookies (e.g. via google.com and doubleclick.net) and process your usage data on our behalf. If you Decline, they stay cookieless and no such cookie is set.

The app
The application at app.propertynow.app uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies / local storage to keep you signed in and remember essential preferences (for example, whether the sidebar is collapsed). These are required for the app to function and carry no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to our email provider so we can reply. No cookie is set to do this. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle that data.

If we add any further analytics or non-essential cookies, we'll update this page and keep asking for your consent before any such cookie is set.
