Terms of Service

Draft for review. These terms are a starting template describing how the service is intended to work. Please have them reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on them.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using PropertyNow (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.
2. The Service
PropertyNow provides AI-assisted property-management software offered as three products (Concierge, Super, Controller) plus a cross-cutting Assistant. AI features assist your team; you remain responsible for reviewing outcomes and for decisions taken. The Assistant is read-only.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
Keep your credentials secure and don't misuse the Service — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach tenant isolation or security, no reselling without permission. You're responsible for the data your team enters and for having a lawful basis to process it.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed per managed unit for the products you enable, with a 10-unit minimum and no platform fee. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect the next billing period. Taxes may apply.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. We process it to provide the Service under these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your workspace data.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We may update features and, with notice, these Terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable window.
