What counts as a door?
Any rentable home you manage. You pay for the doors you have — there is no minimum and no fixed fee.
Is there really no platform fee?
Correct. You pay per door and nothing else — no setup fee, no platform fee, no per-seat charge. Staff and tenant accounts are unlimited.
What happens when I add or remove a door?
Adding a door adds a licence, prorated for the rest of the period and charged when you add it. Removing a door keeps the licence — you have paid for it, so the next door you add is free. To reduce what you pay, lower your licence count from the subscription page; that takes effect at your next billing date.
Is the trial really free?
Yes — 15 days, no card required. Import your whole portfolio and use every feature. We only ask for payment details when the trial ends.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Annual is the cheaper rate in exchange for committing to a door count for the year; you can add doors mid-term, and reductions take effect at renewal.
Which currency am I billed in?
USD. Paddle, our payment provider, handles local tax and shows your bank’s conversion at checkout.
